For example, some Saunas arrive with assembly needed and some might already be fully assembled. You will want to know your needs before your Sauna arrives at your home so that you can get it up and working quickly! 
For products that require assembly, Rate Outdoors does not handle assembly directly, since each home and it’s environment (electric, plumbing, etc.) is different. We recommend reviewing what your specific product assembly needs will be (we are here to answer any questions for you!) and then recommend that you contact the help you need through a local service person. We have made this easy for you by showing you (on each product page) how much time the assembly might take (estimated from our experience!) with a certain number of people helping. This will help you decide if you want to do it yourself or get some assistance. And although we are here to be your guide for assembly, we are not responsible for assembly, plumbing or electric, once you receive your product and remove it from the packaging.
