Our Affiliates, such as companies that directly or indirectly own us, are owned by us, or are under common control with us. We are an affiliate of Rate Fit, Rate Travel, and other entities with the Rate name. We may disclose the information we collect from you including your Personal Data to our affiliates for the purposes of marketing products or services to you that may be of interest to you.  If we do so, our affiliates use and disclosure of your personal data and other information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as well as our affiliates privacy policies where appropriate.

Managing your personal information. We provide all customers with the option to obtain a copy of personal information, delete personal information or correct personal information. For security purposes, we do not send restricted information (like credit card numbers or other sensitive information) when fulfilling a request for a copy of personal information. And when we delete personal information, we may retain information to comply with our legal obligations or our records retention practices. 

Managing marketing emails. Managing SMS text messages. To stop receiving promotional text messages, text STOP.  

Mailing Opt-out. We may share your name and mailing address with carefully selected businesses for purposes of sending you relevant catalog, magazine or fundraising offers in the mail. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from websites, though please note that if you do so, you may not be able to access or use portions of the Services or certain offerings on the Services may not function as intended or as well. If you use a mobile device, you can use mobile device settings to limit mobile tracking technologies and associated activities.

Access. The right to ask us to confirm whether or not we process personal data and to access such personal data. We provide access to such personal data by providing you with a copy of such personal data. 

Copy. The right to obtain a copy of the consumer's personal data that the consumer previously provided to the controller. 

Correction. The right to have inaccuracies in the consumer's personal data corrected. 

Deletion. The right to request the deletion of the consumer’s personal data. Some personal data to be retained, notwithstanding a consumer’s deletion request, in accordance with law.

Appeal. The right to appeal our decision with respect to a request to exercise a right. 

Opt-out of processing for targeted advertising purposes.  You can opt-out of certain processing of your Personal Data for targeted advertising purposes.  Like many companies, we work with third party advertising services that collect device data and online activity data from individuals who visit our website to deliver targeted ads to them on other sites and online services.  We describe these activities in more detail in the section titled How we use tracking technology. We may also provide these companies with customer lists that they use to deliver targeted ads to them or to similar users on their platforms.    

Opt-out of other sales of Personal Data. You can opt-out of “sales” of your Personal Data as defined by state law.

Verification.  We may need to verify your identity to process your information/know, access, correction and deletion requests, and we reserve the right to confirm your state of residency. 

Authorized Agents.  Your authorized agent may request to exercise your rights on your behalf upon our receipt of your signed permission demonstrating that you have authorized your agent to act on your behalf and/or such other information as we may be permitted to request by law to verify that the request is authorized. For requests to exercise your right to information/know, access, correction or deletion, this additional information may include a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to applicable state law, or if your agent does not have one, your direct verification of your identity with us or your direct confirmation with us that you granted your agent the relevant authority.

Deidentified data. We do not to attempt to reidentify deidentified information that we derive from Personal Data, except that we may do so for the purpose of testing whether our deidentification processes comply with applicable law.
