This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected and used by Rate Outdoors LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the Services. “Services” means our websites, events, surveys, furniture, products, saunas and related activities. Rate Outdoors LLC is part of a group of businesses that include our Affiliates. Our Affiliates, such as companies that directly or indirectly own us, are owned by us, or are under common control with us. We are an affiliate of entities with the Rate name including Rate, Rate Performance LLC, Rate Travel LLC, Rate Supplements, LLC, Rate Homes, LLC, as well as Fitbux LLC, and Tasso Designs, LLC. When you use our Services, we may access and use account information and other personal information that we collect from you for the purposes of providing Services to you. We may also share with our Affiliates account information and other personal information that we have collected about you with them for the purpose of them marketing products and services to you.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept our practices as described in this Privacy Policy, and you agree to our Terms of Use (“Terms”), which you can access at this link. If a Service sets forth additional privacy notices or terms, then those additional privacy notices or terms will apply to that Service.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information that is de-identified, aggregated or anonymized, as such information is not personal information. We only offer only products and services in the United States.

For security purposes, we do not send restricted information (like credit card numbers or other sensitive information) when fulfilling a request for a copy of personal information. And when we delete personal information, we may retain information to comply with our legal obligations or our records retention practices.

Security and how we protect personal information. Although we use reasonable efforts to safeguard information, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Services.
Information relating to children. The Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from individuals under age 18. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

Services provided by others. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information practices or other practices of companies that we do not own or control or to people that we do not employ or manage. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for external websites or services. For example, we may allow you to communicate content to your social media account through a “share” feature. How to Exercise Your Rights

Your authorized agent may request to exercise your rights on your behalf upon our receipt of your signed permission demonstrating that you have authorized your agent to act on your behalf and/or such other information as we may be permitted to request by law to verify that the request is authorized. For requests to exercise your right to information/know, access, correction or deletion, this additional information may include a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to applicable state law, or if your agent does not have one, your direct verification of your identity with us or your direct confirmation with us that you granted your agent the relevant authority.

CALIFORNIA

California residents also have the right to request deletion of personal data that has been collected within the last 12 months. Each state defines the "sale" of data differently. Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia define the "sale" of data as a company exchanging personal information for monetary consideration with a non-affiliated third party.

Virginia Residents
