Here you will find information on shipping for the different product categories that we offer.
SHIPPING:
For SAUNA AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery zip code and the specific product model weight/dimensions. To view your shipping cost, simply add the item to your cart and enter your zip code at checkout. Please also understand that all wellness products are quoted as delivered to your driveway and it is your responsibility to move the sauna, plunge or shower to the location of your choosing. We can direct you to find help with this effort via a link to local assistance through Task Rabbit that is on each product page. If a specific model offers assembly help, which sometimes is offered on certain designated models, it will be noted on the product page, to direct you to the assembly company information – note this is not directly done by Rate Outdoors or our employees. Please note that in these instances, we are not responsible for any third party moving, set up, handling or assembly of the product where you have engaged from any outside company or person. For delivery timing, you can estimate about 6-8 weeks for our team to product your product, as each item is made to order. We will notify you of delivery in advance to be sure we coordinate with you to be ther and so that you may coordinate the help you need on your end.
For all FURNITURE shipping, our deliveries are all done as “white glove” delivery to your home. This means that our team will unpack the item and place it in the room of your choosing in your home. For this service, you will pay a flat percentage of 15% for delivery but it will not exceed $499, even if you get multiple items, and regardless of geographic location in the continental United States. Please note that the average delivery time is about 4 weeks from the time you place your order, pending nothing is out of stock. We will notify you of delivery in advance to be sure you are available to welcome our team.
DELIVERY AREAS:
Currently, we only deliver products to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).Shipping rates calculated at checkout are final; we do not charge post -purchase surcharges. Should you wish to purchase an item and have it shipped internationally, please fill out our contact form prior to purchasing to see if a custom freight quote can be arranged.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Currently we do not offer express shipping.
TAXES:
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY
States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Except as otherwise noted, all sales are made by Rate Outdoors, and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are F.O.B. destination point which means title passes in California.

What happens if my item is taking longer than I was expecting?
If you item gets delayed, we will contact you as soon as we know about the delay.
Can my delivery be made if no one is home?
For our wellness products, we ask that you or someone in your family (adult) is home to accept the order and insure you do not see any issues prior to moving the product. We take responsibility for the condition of your products to the time that we leave it with you, but after that, we are not responsible, so checking your product upon delivery is important. For furniture, because we offer white glove delivery and want to help put your furniture in its place in your home, we need to access inside in order to do this.If, for some reason, you do not want this service, you can let our delivery team know this in advance.
What if I have a problem with my delivery or item received?
Please do not wait to contact us if you have an issue at the receiving point. We advise getting photos of your items and contacting us via email through our website.
